Roger Gisborne
Roger Gisborne is a UK transplant to Los Angles and UK boots on the ground and conduit for UK artist to the USA. He started out his 30 year plus career in the music industry as an artist, signing a recording deal and publishing deal with Universal.
Roger also has a vast network of contacts in the music industry both in USA and internationally. His artist and clients have and continue to play and perform internationally on festival and club circuits, including Summerfest, Isle of Wight, Beach Life, SXSW. YNot, to name but a few.
Gisborne also extensive contacts and relationships with music instrument companies and cultivates Brand partnerships for his A- Level clients on the roster.
Gisborne and his strategic partners focus in on artist development, which many management companies tend not to do these days, with a history of signing artists to major label Records deal with heavy hitters such Atlantic Records, Universal Records and Warner/Atlantic to name a few.
Gisborne also Co-own sync and licensing house “Indie Music Sync” with syncs and campaigns w/ BMW, Hyundai, all major streaming channels and TV including Amazon, Hulu, Netflix Sky TV
Gisborne’s artists have appeared on NBC The Voice and American Idol etc.
Gisborne has partnered on production deal with Grammy winning producers such Mark Needham (The Killers, Imagine Dragons, Blondie) Roger has co-managed Managed and or published writers and artists signed to Disney, Universal, Warner Chappell and has strategic partnerships with Downtown Music.
Gisborne also heads up indie label Lemon Sun Records and has multiple distribution deals with The Orchard / Sony, AWAL, FUGA and Symphonic.
Karl Parsons
The best way to describe Karl is: head is an adman, heart music man. Renowned, independent, forward thinking, 360° multi-faceted and well connected Karl comes with 30 years working at the advertising and music marketing coal face.
A 30 year music marketing career which includes working closely with names such as The Alarm, Big Country, The Cult, Coloursound, JJ Gilmour and a host of other music icons Karl’s discography boasts over 200 albums, EPs and singles.
Strategically focused and with a macro vision to help structure routes to market that are both ambitious and commercially advantageous for all music campaigns including music videos, merchandising and to tour promotions.
Karl’s talents extends to advertising and marketing campaigns for album launches for a host of record labels including EMI, Island Records, Universal and Columbia. But not only that but Karl is also credited for over 100 album cover creations.
With a network of national relationships inside the music industry to deliver a one-stop solution for talent discovery, development, consulting and music marketing services and working directly with musicians including Steve Norman (Spandau Ballet); Billy Duffy (The Cult); JJ Gilmour (The Silencers); Glen Tilbrook (Squeeze); Mike Peters (The Alarm) and Steve “Smiley” Bernard ( Robbie Williams).
Working with emerging bands including The Heartbreaks, RATS, The Hummingbirds, The Havocs, Mono LP’s, CANDID and The Raymonds to deliver a variety of awareness driven promotional platforms as a central hub between the artist, entertainment industry and focused consumer networks.
Karl is an advocate for innovative technologies, advising a number of companies in how the Blockchain and The Metaverse could radically transform business development. He is also the Founder of BandShare, a Music Blockchain that provides the World’s first IP Rights offering for recording artists.
Karl’s understanding of Crypto Currencies and the advantages peer-to-peer technologies will play in commerce comes from over 8 years research and development into chain architecture and the possibilities this new landscape represents.
